Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Engager is seeking a highly motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As an Associate Level position requiring at least 2 years of experience, the Online Customer Support Officer will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our online clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to improve overall customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: - Independent and dedicated work ethic. - Strong strategic planning skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems. - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
