Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


Airbnb Ireland is seeking an Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support and possess a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our users. The Online Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all Airbnb users.


Responsibilities: - Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Work collaboratively with the Customer Support team to deliver a seamless experience for all users - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes - Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures to provide accurate information to users


Requirements: - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment - Motivated to exceed customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction - Excellent teamwork and cooperation skills to work effectively with a diverse team - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Experience in customer support or a related field preferred
