Online Live Chat Representative

Intercom is seeking a driven and dedicated Online Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide real-time support to customers through our online live chat platform. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer problems and provide feedback for product improvements. 4. Use creativity and planning skills to find effective solutions and enhance the customer experience. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools.
