Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Teckro in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, this role does not require any previous experience, but we are looking for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, and possess strong teamwork and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat support on our online platform - Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers with their queries, concerns, and issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Implement creative solutions to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat system - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better serve customers - Monitor and analyze chat conversations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and learn new technologies - Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
