Online Support Officer

Job Description:

GirlCrew, a leading online community platform, is seeking an Online Support Officer to join our team in Galway, Ireland. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving user inquiries, and maintaining a positive online community environment for our users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to user inquiries and provide support through various online channels (e.g. chat, email, social media) - Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary - Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines - Analyze user feedback and provide insights to improve the user experience - Collaborate with the product team to implement new features and enhancements based on user feedback - Assist in organizing virtual events and initiatives to engage the community

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support or community management role - Hardworking and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Creative mindset with a passion for building online communities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
