Job Description:

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, the Online Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to address their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in online chat support - Hardworking and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Cooperative attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with team members - Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service - Familiarity with CRM software and online chat platforms is a plus
