Job Description - Remote Support Manager


Job Description:


Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a Remote Support Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of remote support services for our company. This includes providing support to remote employees, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all remote systems are functioning properly.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all remote support services for Johnson & Johnson Ireland - Provide technical support to remote employees on a wide range of issues - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve remote support services - Conduct research to identify new technologies and solutions for remote support - Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless remote support operations - Train and mentor junior support staff - Monitor and analyze remote support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in remote support services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in remote support or a similar role - Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strategic planning and research skills - Hardworking and dedicated to providing high-quality support services
