Job Description - Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Support Representative to join our team at Microsoft Ireland in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and hardworking.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft products and services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution - Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to internal teams on customer experiences and product improvements


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Adaptability and a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft products and services - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
