Job Description:
Hexafly is seeking a motivated and experienced Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing customer support and assistance to our clients. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the necessary departments when needed - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Adaptable and passionate personality traits - Strong decision-making and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
