Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Artomatix is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat system. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through the web chat platform - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on common questions and concerns - Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and provide reports on chat performance metrics - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong research skills and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with web chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
