Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

WebDoctor is seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing support to our customers through online chat services. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, although 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat services. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services offered by WebDoctor. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
