Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Xocean is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers with their queries or concerns. 3. Use analysis and planning skills to identify trends or patterns in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. 5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
