Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team at Squarespace Ireland in Dublin. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, motivated, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers through our web chat platform to assist with inquiries, offer product support, and resolve issues - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Utilize strategic planning to proactively address customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to support customers effectively

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment - Driven to succeed and motivated to provide the best possible customer service experience - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly - Experience with web chat platforms is a plus
