Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Slack Technologies Limited is seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This position is full-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer inquiries. 2. Utilize resources effectively to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers through persuasive communication. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all interactions with customers. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Slack Technologies Limited, representing the company in a positive light to customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services. 3. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions. 4. Previous customer service experience preferred. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 8. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
