Job Description:
Salesforce Ireland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement web chat strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. 2. Lead a team of chat agents to deliver timely and personalized assistance to customers. 3. Monitor chat performance metrics to optimize response times and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless chat experience across all platforms. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our web chat services. 6. Train and onboard new chat agents to maintain a high level of service quality. 7. Handle escalated chat interactions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in managing web chat platforms in a customer service or sales environment. 2. Confident and independent personality with strong communication skills. 3. Creative thinker with a strong ability to work in a team setting. 4. Proven track record of driving customer engagement and sales through web chat. 5. Knowledge of CRM systems, live chat software, and customer service tools. 6. Ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining high quality responses. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
