Web Chat Officer

Qualtrics Ireland is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in Dublin. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Assist customers with navigating our website and online services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in computer skills and web-based platforms - Positive attitude and willingness to learn
