Remote Web Chat Officer

We are currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team at Aylien located in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. This is a full-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and timely manner. 2. Utilize resources effectively to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while dealing with challenging situations or difficult customers. 5. Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with all procedures.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable mindset to handle various customer inquiries and situations effectively. 2. Strong persuasion skills to influence customers and guide them towards a resolution. 3. Decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and provide the best possible solution for each customer. 4. Excellent written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely through web chat. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve department goals. 6. Experience with web chat platforms and customer service software is preferred but not required.
