Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Representative to join our team at Google Ireland in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions with our users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with account inquiries - Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or products - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Resourceful and driven with a passion for helping others - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to think critically - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with web chat platforms or customer service software is a plus
