Web Chat Representative

YellowSchedule is currently seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Provide proactive support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
