Job description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at Wix.com in Dublin, Ireland. As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, dedicated, and have excellent time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing guidance and solutions to customers regarding their website and online store - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary - Proactively seeking opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and dedicated attitude - Time management and persuasion skills
