As a Web Chat Representative at Airbnb Ireland UC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through written communication with guests and hosts. You will work remotely from your home in Limerick, Munster, IE, on a full-time basis with an Associate level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide guidance and support to customers regarding Airbnb's services, policies, and procedures. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. 6. Uphold Airbnb's brand image by delivering high-quality customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service metrics.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a customer service representative, preferably in a web chat or online support role. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. 6. Driven and dedicated individual with excellent time management and planning skills. 7. Visa sponsorship eligibility for remote work in Ireland.
