Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: The Web Chat Specialist at Dell Ireland is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through web chat. Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Confident and independent personality traits. 3. Strong people management and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote, work-from-home environment. 5. Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
