Retention - Sales Advisor

The successful candidate will be part of our growing Retention Team.

• OTE €45,000 with uncapped earning potential
• €28,000 basic salary, increasing to €30,000 after successful probation

• Successful track record achieving sales in a target-driven role

• Ability to clearly communicate insights and feedback to the Supervisor
• Experience in a billing environment is highly advantageous

Responsibilities in Your New Role:

• Handle both outbound and inbound calls to existing customers
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with line manager
• Handle objections in a professional manner
