The BIIS department within the Contact Centre is a Business Unit within Bank of Ireland Insurance Services and is the first point of contact for many of our personal and business customers for Home & Motor insurance queries & sales. The Team are focussed on providing a high level of service to our customers supporting them with queries & providing new insurance business quotes and conversion to policies.
