Job Description:
HubSpot Dublin is seeking a passionate and hardworking Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to HubSpot users, ensuring a positive user experience and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot products and services - Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner - Provide product training and guidance to users to help them maximize the value of HubSpot tools - Continuously strive to improve knowledge of HubSpot products and industry trends
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and solving problems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
