Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Support Representative to join our remote team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with attention to detail and accuracy - Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes - Meet and exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced environment

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Hardworking and driven personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Innovation and attention to detail - Experience working remotely is a plus - Bachelor's degree preferred
