Play a critical role in building capability and operational rigor in teams, and driving and sustaining continuous improvement within an organization. This full time role is focused on supporting team leaders and manager to understand their operation better using a range of Operational Excellence and Coaching tools and techniques, and to ultimately support the teams and business area to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Enterprise Simplification Centre of Excellence is within the Group Strategy and Transformation division and is aligned to the Simpler Business strategic pillar.
