Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Teach customers how to properly use their devices and software
Ensure proper recording and documentation of customer interactions
Identify and suggest additional products or services that may benefit customers
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a technical support role, L1
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented and organized
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Customer service experience is a plus

Salary: €35K p/a + up to 10% bonus
