Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Web Chat Assistant to join our team at IBM Ireland. This is a remote work position based in Cork, Cork, IE. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients via web chat to provide support for products and services - Answer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues - Guide clients through the resolution process, ensuring their needs are met - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficiency - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize negotiation skills to handle challenging situations effectively - Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with clients to build rapport and trust
