Job Description:
VMware Ireland is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Limerick, Munster, IE. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat communications.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize strategic planning skills to assess customer needs and provide relevant solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers - Contribute to the continuous improvement of chat processes and procedures
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of remote work best practices
