Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a Senior Associate with our Early Careers Recruitment Team, you will play a key role in the continued success of our team. The team supports all of the firm's graduate and undergraduate recruitment programmes nationally. Student recruitment is a vital aspect of the firm's strategy and growth. This is a fast paced, dynamic role with the team recruiting in excess of 800 students across all of our programmes annually.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and project manager of the undergraduate recruitment and internal programmes
• Delivery and coordination of undergraduate onboarding and programmes
• Manage and facilitate in-house events
• Build upon relationships of both internal and external stakeholders and develop a strong knowledge base of the business
• Collaborate with team members to effectively delegate and deliver on programmes and projects
• Deliver presentations and workshops to students and colleges to promote our programmes and the PwC brand
• Assist with the planning and coordination of the Milkround and Summer Intern campaigns
• Coach and develop junior team members

Experiences and skills

• 3rd level qualification
• Strong project and programme management skills
• Previous experience working with large volumes of data and reporting
• Experience in end to end recruitment, ideally with graduates or students
• Must be comfortable presenting to an audience
• A collaborative, team focused approach
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A natural communicator- excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and time constraints
• Experience with Workday and G-Suite (google docs, sheets and slides)

• An interest in digital & using technology to drive more automation & efficiencies
