Hospitality Maanger

Excel Recruitment are searching for a Hospitality Manager for our client based in Limerick/Clare area.

Requirements:

• Experience of managing a hospitality business at General Manager, Assistant Manager or Operations Manager level
• Sound understanding of budgets, P & L and margins in food services and accommodation
• Team management, including proven experience of Irish HR practices and legislation
• A multi-tasker with the ability to delegate to provide an efficient service at all times
