Requirements:

**Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; preference given to candidates with a Master's degree.

**TEFL/TESOL certification required (CELTA/DELTA preferred).

**Previous experience teaching ESL at the high school level.

**Strong command of English grammar and understanding of language acquisition principles.

**Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity; familiarity with Chinese culture is advantageous.

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 10,000 up to 16,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)per month based on experience and qualification, 12% Tax is applied

Housing allowance of 3000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided

Medical:

State/Public medical provided

Contract Length:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
