TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Regional Clinical Manager on behalf of a leading Nursing Home group.

This is a full time permanent role working 39 hours per week across 5 days. This is a regional post however the successful candidate can work from home for admin purposes.

The Regional Manager will cover medium sized nursing homes located between Donegal and Kerry.

Candidates must be multi site experienced and have a strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.

The successful candidate will have 4 Directors of Nursing reporting into them.

The role includes:

• Compliance and Regulations

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing a multi site healthcare environment, within a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in dealing with healthcare regulators.
• Be registered in the general division of the register of Nurses maintained by NMBI.
• Educated to Masters or Degree Level in either Healthcare/Business or related qualification would be desirable.
• Extensive experience of leading successful change in a patient centered care delivery environment.
• Experience of delivering high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Demonstrates an understanding of financial management and control.
• Extensive knowledge of organisational management and development.
• Demonstrate a track record of positive team engagement.
