Plan and direct food preparation
Modify menus according to business need
Responsible in the smooth-running operations of kitchen

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 year experience
Specialise in Asian/Fusion Cuisine
Flexible with shift hour 10am-11pm, 39 hours a week
