Assistant Restaurant Manager

Teamworx are delighted to bring to the market, an excellent opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our clients popular Bar & Restaurant in Dublin. 

This exciting opportunity will afford the successful candidate to be part of our clients innovative future plans while fostering the highest standards in customer and quality food service.

The role: 

• Meeting and greeting Customers
  
• Ensuring the highest standards in customer service while providing a friendly and fun dining experience
  
• Preparing staff rosters and ensuring staff are fully trained
  
• Working closely with the Head Chef regarding menus, specials and service
  
• Managing the booking system, liaising with customers regarding group bookings, running functions
  
• Ensuring margins and wage costs are achieved
  
• Recruitment, training and developing staff
  
• HR functions including training, holiday requests, disciplinaries etc. 

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Restaurant Management position.
  
• Excellent leadership skills
  
• Proven experience training and developing teams
  
• Superior customer service skills
  
• Available to work evenings and weekends
