Bartender/Mixologist

We are currently looking for experienced cocktail bartenders/mixologists with a passion and dedicated attitude to ensure the smooth running of our bar, maintaining our high standard of service and excellence.

The right candidate will:

Have worked previously as a bar tender, ideally in a high end restaurant

Have good drinks knowledge and experienced in making cocktails

Be willing to learn and then exceed in their role

Have a passion for continued learning in the food & beverage industry

Enjoy working within a team and on own initiative at times

Be creative and innovative

Be naturally friendly with a willingness to help exceed guests expectations

As an employer, we will offer further training including food safety, manual handling, barista, cocktail and spirits training along with various customer service training courses.
