Construction solicitor Dublin €65k-€80k plus benefits Your new firm Signatus are recruiting multiple construction slicitor roles for both in house and private practice firms in Dublin. One of our major clients are searching for a solicitor with c1-3 years PQE in a similar ole with a comemrcial firm background. Their construction team work on the largest and most challenging construction projects across the island of Ireland. Advising on project origination and financing, mid-stream construction issues, and dispute resolution among other matters. This is a high performing team and one of the largest in the market. However, the environment is assuredly one of collaboration not comeptition and there is a client first approach to all that they in service delivery. Major clients includd developers, contractors, funders, institutional investors and procuring authorities involved in some of the largest and most high-profile projects in the land. Sectoral experience is diverse covering, property development, housing, transport, utilities, telecommunications, and PPP. About you To be successful in this role and team, you will need to be an ambitious solicitor with a real interest in growing your career and personal profile within the construction-law sector. You should be self-motivated, driven, and have demonstrable technical competencies with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Qualified Solicitor (in Ireland or another Common Law jurisdiction), or Barrister-at-Law degree
• 1 -3 year qualified ideally though we will consider others
