We are now recruiting full time Greenkeeepers to join the Adare Manor team.

The Golf Course at Adare Manor, Ireland's Top Parkland Golf Course was originally designed by Internationally renowned Golf Course Architect Robert Trent Jones Snr in 1995. As part of the most recent redevelopment of Adare Manor, Tom Fazio was chosen to conduct a comprehensive remodel of the course.

Fully redesigned and rebuilt in 2016-2017 to championship-worthy specifications, with the very latest in course technology and construction methods, The Golf Course at Adare Manor offers a spectacular golfing experience amid the breath-taking surroundings of our parkland estate. Planted throughout with mature trees, gorgeously landscaped, and bounded by the peaceful waters of the River Maigue, the course offers ever-changing vistas and breath-taking approaches to each hole.

• 12,055 square metres of Pure Distinction Creeping Bent grass USGA putting surfaces
• 17,003 square metres of A4 Creeping Bent grass approaches.
• 600,000 square metres ryegrass tees, fairways and roughs.
• Sub Air systems in all greens.

• 41 capillary concrete bunkers
• 1,291 sprinkler heads
• 6,600 square metres teeing area in the practice facility

The Golf Course at Adare Manor is searching for Full Time Greenkeepers to join our existing team of 35. Working from a state of the art Maintenance and Welfare Facility with state of the art Machinery. We are looking for motivated, positive and enthusiastic individuals who want to further their careers and reach their potential. The candidate (s) must love working in the outdoors, enjoy being part of a team and take pride in their work.

Qualifications: A motivated individual and ideally with a Turfgrass Management Qualification and / or experience in a similar role.

Duties: The successful applicant, dependant on experience will be exposed to all facets of of Golf Course Maintenance and includes but not limited to:

• Bunker Maintenance
• Topdressing
• Drainage and Irrigation
• Aeration of all surfaces
• Fertilisation and Chemical applications
• Mowing of all grass areas
• Mulch bed maintenance
• Water course Maintenance

Renumeration: A competitive salary is available dependent on experience.
