The hotel guest relations porter position plays a vital role in the daily customer service operations of our hotel. The right candidate is the first point of contact for hotel guests, and is the person who provides information or assistance to guestst during their stay. The position is often demanding and fast-paced. It requires excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
This role involves making reservations for restaurants, indoor and outdoor activities, day tours, appointments (e.g. Hair Appointments), shows, special events, arrangement of transportation for guests to the airport/town etc, parking cars, carrying bags to/from guest room/car and keeping the Front of House area clean & tidy at all times. There is a also the requirement to valet park guests cars.
You will at all times provide our guests with a professional and helpful service. You must have a natural ability to communicate to different types of people and the passion to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their stay and have an amazing experience.
