This stylish restaurant in South County Dublin offers inviting surroundings and menu of refined favourites featuring continental and world flavours. They now require an experienced Sous Chef to help ensure the delivery of a top class food offering.
Must be a proven kitchen manager with full knowledge of all kitchen SOPs and food safety standards (HACCP, Hygiene, Health & Safety) as well as an effective team leader with experience of supervising and training staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Sous Chef in a similar destination. Good knowledge of/passion for wine an advantage.
