As Partner Administrator at PwC you will be involved in supporting Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and Managers within the Assurance Practice. Prioritizing, multi-tasking and maintaining a high level of confidentiality on all matters is essential.Specific Areas of Responsibility
Assisting team leaders in preparing for new joiners/leavers
Timesheets - producing reports, following up on missing timesheets, assisting staff where applicable (twice monthly)
Assisting with Talentlink updates
Assisting with Manager portfolios
Following up with staff to ensure their feedback is up to date (via Workday and Snapshot)
Anticipate needs of Partners/Directors/Senior Managers/Managers in relation to resources, travel and accommodation and respond as required.
Diary management.
Organisation of travel, itineraries, currency and visa requirements.
Managing all forms of incoming mail, including electronic. Replying, taking action, filing and forwarding where appropriate.
Summarizing action list for Partners/Directors/Senior Managers/Managers, ensuring daily priorities and actions are fully supported with relevant background correspondence/research.
Managing telephone calls, using initiative to identify alternative contacts where required.
Produce and maintain a schedule of meetings/conference calls. Assist with the preparation of agendas and the collation of relevant papers.
Ensure firm’s standards are met/maintained on all correspondence etc using PwC Branding formats.
Produce proposal, presentation and report documentation using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Issue fee notes and track payment of the same.
Submit expenses and complete timesheets for team members if requested.
Assist other members of the administration team during peak times and holiday periods whilst continuing the strong culture of team work within the group.
Audio typing
Organise events/reviews as required.
Experience Skills/Profile
MS Office skills in particular, advanced Word and PowerPoint.
Copy and audio typing.
Intermediate knowledge of Lotus Notes or other email systems.
Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Capable of working to tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Understanding of the need for absolute confidentiality.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
Leaving Certificate and relevant Post-Leaving Certificate qualification.
