Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead the team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Lead your teams effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
• Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
• Manage team rosters, beverage stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
• Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
