The Team member provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant. The Team Member must interact with customers, staff and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result.

Supermacs opening hours are 12:00 – 23:00 and candidates must be able to work on a flexible basis.

THE JOB:

• Working an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
• Working as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
• Following company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production and storage.
• At all times, portraying a professional image, both on and off the premises.
• Treating our customers to warm and friendly service each and every time they visit our restaurant.
• Working with management team to increase the numbers of customers and the amount of money spent each and every day in our restaurant.
• In relation to cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.
• Ensuring uniform and personal appearance is complying with company guidelines.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager
• Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning, or last thing at night.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a busy customer service environment.
• As an ambitious individual you will welcome opportunities to gain knowledge and assume additional responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work, weekends inclusive
• Excellent communication skills.
