We are currently recruiting for a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team in The Carriage House/Adare Manor

The successful applicant will be tasked with

• Preparation of Sushi such as Maki, Nigiri & Sashimi
• Ensuring the quality & presentation of sushi dishes to the highest standards
• Assisting in the management of a large team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Handling multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Following all HACCP & HSE guidelines in the kitchen & wider workplace.
• Designing menus in conjunction with the Head Chef, Director of Culinary and Executive Sous Chef.

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a recognised degree in culinary arts and have at least 4 years' experience in a Restaurant/Hotel kitchen.

Candidates must have experience in all types of sushi including Maki, Nigiri & Sashimi amongst others.
