The Award Winning Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Cork is now recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team.

If you have previous experience in a similar role and you would like to join a dynamic, and fun team then this might be the role for you. We are looking for candidates who have a warm, engaging personality and have a passion for excellent guest service by going the extra mile to ensure our customers have a great experience and leave wanting to come back time and time again.

Key Responsibilities

• To maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
• Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
• To ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently.
• To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer, wine list, etc).
• To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.
• To ensure the restaurant, bar and all Food & Beverage outlets are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.

A little bit about you:

• You have at least 1 year of previous experience in a Food and Beverage role (preferred)
• You are an energetic, customer focused individual who enjoys working as part of a dynamic, fun team
• You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner
