Clinical Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• To guarantee that the best clinical standards and home regulations are consistently followed to provide the greatest caliber of nursing and social care that is tailored to each residents unique needs.

• Collaborating with various employees across all departments to maintain standards.

• Determine any potential problem areas and follow up with the Director of Nursing to implement action measures.

• Reviewing clinical procedures and documentation for residents with pressure sores sustained falls or clinical illness to make sure a suitable management plan is in place.

• Diagnose and resolve any persistent clinical or nonclinical problems before bringing them to the attention of the director of nursing.

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents and keep an eye on continuing evaluations and adjustments.

Requirements

• Live NMBI Pin

• Minimum 3 years work experience in a Nursing Home environment

• Minimum 1 year work experience in a management capacity is desirable

• Proven clinical competence and passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
