We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Limerick office. This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business, where hard work is financially rewarded.

Responsibilities:

Managing 180 recruitment in the construction and engineering sector from advertising, sourcing, screening and on boarding.

Developing strong candidates and clients relationships by following up with them throughout the whole recruitment process.

Using all social media channels such as LinkedIn, network connections, job boards, and the company website to attract and connect with candidates and build a database.

Using excellent communication skills across both written and verbal whilst always maintaining a professional and well-functioning desk.

Responsible for ensuring all content is done so with a high level of attention to detail.

Cultivating and building relations with candidates by creating open, friendly, and communicative relationships.

Updating candidates in relation to next steps on the recruitment process.

Providing regular updates and reports on status of candidates to management.

Enter all candidate data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure that all systems are up to date and of the highest quality.

Any other duties as and when required.

Requirements:

Degree from a recognised third level institution.

Minimum 1 year – 3 years experience working in either a recruitment or similar role.

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be committed to offering the highest professional standards.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary + Commission circa OTE €50k-€70k+ (Uncapped Commission)

This role offers the successful Recruitment Consultant a high degree of autonomy, whilst being fully supported and mentored by Senior Management and the Managing Director.
