Requirements

• Desire for International Travel
• Relevant Engineering degree and Leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role for an MC/Management Contractor, a Large Engineering Contractor, or an Engineering Consultant.
• A proven track record of longevity of service with an organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of Digital Technology and MEP standards and regulations.
• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills.
• Ability to attract, lead, develop, and retain a team of engineers.
• Ability to review clients’ designs and provide value-added solutions.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel as required by the demands of the role.
• Must be in Ireland eligible to work and able to start in the coming weeks
