The Role:

As Supervisor , you will be responsible for your own dedicated geographic region covering Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. 

You manage all aspects of our client’s care; this will include service reviews, updating care plans, carrying out risk assessments, and ensuring we are delivering the highest quality person centered care.

The Candidate will also play a pivotal role in supporting our carer teams through supervision and support, competency reviews and staff engagement and support.

The ideal candidate

• Social Care Degree or  Minimum QQI level 5 ( Full major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field AND  1 module of a level 6 course, started or completed (Healthcare related )
• Have a relevant health or social care background
• Have a caring and empathetic nature
• Experience within homecare/healthcare desirable
• Have an experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.
• Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
